We wish to inform you that “Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation)” (hereinafter “GDPR”) provides for the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right. Pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR, therefore, We inform you that:

A. CATEGORIES OF DATA: your personal data may be processed; this may include:

D. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE DATA PROCESSING: Purpose and legal basis for processing of your data:
1. For automatic data collection, the legal basis is the legitimate interests of the owner and the purpose is to guarantee and improve the web browsing experience.
2. For data voluntarily provided by the user, the legal basis is consent and, when sending e-mails to our addresses, the purpose is to be able to answer the specific requests made by the user; for the forms, the purpose is indicated in the specific policy.
3. For cookies and plug-ins: refer to the specific cookie policy.

E. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA: Within the boundaries set for the purposes of data processing, your data may be forwarded to partners, consultants, private companies, third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies and communications agencies …

I. COMPULSORY NATURE OF CONSENT: Providing data is compulsory while browsing our web site with regard to points E.1 and E.2 of the above-mentioned purposes, in order to allow for the service to be provided correctly.
